Hans (Heinrich Cornelis Leonardus Peerson) married the German migrant Inge Minna Auguste Danger, who had come to Australia in 1953, in 1959. The marriage is registered in Victoria under number 15292/1959; in that registration Hans is recorded as 'Harry Heinrich L. Peerson', with the anglicised first name his father also used. The marriage took place at Geelong (Victoria), which both an external family tree and Inge's death certificate confirm (that certificate, incidentally, gives 1962 as the year of marriage, whereas the registration dates from 1959). Seven children were born of the marriage, listed in Inge's death certificate (2019) in order of birth with their ages. Hans and Inge later divorced. According to an external family tree they married on 12 September 1959; the marriage was dissolved later.
