Notes
Daughter-in-law of Heinrich Peter ('Henk') Persoon: the wife of his son Hans (Heinrich Cornelis Leonardus Peerson, P0185). Inge Minna Auguste Danger was born on 2 May 1937 in Travemünde, Germany, and emigrated to Australia as a sixteen-year-old, unmarried domestic: on 18 April 1953 she arrived aboard the ship 'Anna Salen' in Melbourne and first stayed at the Bonegilla migrant centre (Victoria). In 1959 she married Hans Peerson in the state of Victoria (Victoria marriage registration 15292/1959); under her married name 'Peerson' she also appears in an Australian register of 1966 (NAA V1966/30492). Her parents were her father Danger, a toolmaker, and Minna Danger, née Kuhlmann (home duties). In Australia she worked as a nurse. Several children were born of the marriage to Hans; the marriage ended in divorce. She later settled at Bendigo in the state of Victoria, where she died on 5 March 2019 aged eighty-one; on 12 March 2019 she was cremated at Albury (New South Wales). In Australian records her first name appears as 'Inga' (Dutch and family sources give 'Inge'). Her death is registered in Victoria under number 4412476/2019. Together with Hans she became an Australian citizen on 25 July 1967; the couple then lived at 305 Princes Highway, Corio, near Geelong.
